From the grapes Garganega coming from the lot Ponsara and Pigno in the "Le Barche" estate comes this wine following the most traditional winemaking style.Soave Superiore Docg Classico Denomination:

90% Garganega, 6% Trebbiano of Soave and 4% Chardonnay Variety:
12 hours of skin contact in a C02 atmosphere, and then fermented in 40 hectoliters oak cask and stainless steel and oak barrels at controlled temperature with malolactic fermentation in wood. Vinification:
Wines are blended and aged on the lees for 10 months in 40 hectoliters oak casks (85%) and oak barrels (15%). Then aged in bottle for 3 months. Maturation:
bright yellow color with golden scents. Yellow fruits persistent aromas , such as apricot and nectarine, with a scent of Mediterranean and fermentative essences such as sage, almond and yeast. Some touches of toasted hazelnut .The palate is rich, with harmonious acid-alcoholic balance, with distinct mineral notes and varietal almond and hazelnut hint. Drink now or cellar to 2007.
