100% Sauvignon Blanc Variety:
short period of skin contact in carbon dioxide atmosphere and then fermented at 15°C in 4000 liters oak cask and stainless steel tanks with a partial malolactic fermentation done. Vinification:
7 months in the same casks in which the wine was fermented with 100% lees stirring (every week) and then blended with 25% of stainless steel Sauvignon Blanc. Maturation:
bright yellow color, with a persistent aromas of grapefruit, gooseberry and yellow fruit type. Palate is rich, with ripe tropical fruit and toast hint balanced by fine acidity and dry finish. Winemaker's notes:
every occasion, but better with flavored cheese and fish. Ideal companion:
