During the third week of October the Cabernet Sauvignon is fermented in Stainless steel tanks at 28°C per 12 days. The first week of November the Cabernet Franc is fermented as well separetely and then transfered in the barrel room for malolactic fermentation meanwhile the Cabernet Sauvignon is refermented in the skins of the Cabernet Franc and then transfered in the barrel room for malolactic fermentation as well. Follow the blend togheter of the products. Vinification:

36 months in oak; malolactic fermentation and then aged for 12 months in new french oak barrels, after is aged for other 12 months in 4000 liters Moldavia oak casks and then other 12 months in oak barrels (three years old) Maturation:

Deep red color with violet touch, aromatic wine with cassis/blackcurrant like fruit with a smoky characters. Highly concentrated palate with pure cassis fruit, seasoned vanilla oak, ripe but pronounced tannins and excellent length.
