50% Garganega, 20% Pinot Bianco, 20% Sauvignon and 10% Chardonnay. Variety:
12 hours of skin contact in a C02 atmosphere, and then fermented in 40 hectoliters oak cask and stainless steel and oak barrels at controlled temperature with malolactic fermentation in wood. Vinification:
Wines are blended and aged on the lees for 10 months in 40 hectoliters oak casks (70%) and oak barrels (30%). Then aged in bottle for 3 months. Maturation:
bright yellow color with golden scents. Yellow fruits persistent aromas , such as apple, apricot and banana, with a scent of Mediterranean and fermentative essences such as sage, almond and yeast. Some touches of toasted hazelnut .The palate is rich, with harmonious acid-alcoholic balance, with fruitness in front palate and a aftertaste of delicate mineral with hazelnut hints.
