Blend of different 5 clones of a ten years old vineyards wich in this vintage has had a favorable climate fro producing outstanding aromas and mineral taste.

100% Sauvignon Blanc. Variety:

short skin maceration in carbon dioxide atmosphere and then fermented at 15°C in 225 lietrs french oak barrels and partially in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation partially made. Vinification:

7 months in the same casks where the wine has fermented with 100% lees stirring (every week) and then blended with 15% stainless steel Sauvignon Blanc. Maturation:

bright yellow color, with a persistent aromas of yellow fruit and some green pepper. At the palate is rich of tropical fruit and some balsamic notes. Good minerality and freshness at the after taste. Winemaker's notes:
