In the vintage 2005 le Barche has raised the finesse and the elegance of the best Vintages, due to the season climate. Fruity and floreal character rare to have on the Graganega grape.

6 hours of skin contact in a C02 atmosphere, and then fermented at 14-16°C and 25% malolactic fermentation done. Vinification:

some components spend 5 months on yeast lees. Maturation:

Medium yellow color. Delicate bouquet with notes of carribean fruits, peach and white flowers. Pleasant dry, velvety afterstaste with some touch of white fruits and toasty aftertaste. Winemaker's notes:

entrees, pasta dishes, horse d'oeuvre, fish and all light food. Ideal companion:
