From the grapes Garganega coming from the lot Pigno in the "Le Barche" estate comes this wine following the most traditional winemaking style.

90% Garganega, 6% Trebbiano of Soave and 4% Chardonnay Variety:

12 hours of skin contact in a C02 atmosphere, and then fermented in 40 hectoliters oak cask and stainless steel and oak barrels at controlled temperature with malolactic fermentation in wood. Vinification:

Wines are blended and aged on the lees for 10 months in 40 hectoliters oak casks (85%) and oak barrels (15%). Then aged in bottle for 3 months. Maturation:

Intense yellow color. Yellow fruits persistent aromas , such as with a scent of Mediterranean and fermentative essences such as sage and almond. Some touches of toasted hazelnut .The palate is medium rich, with harmonious acid-alcoholic balance, with distinct mineral notes and varietal hazelnut hint. Drink now or cellar to 2008. with hors d'oeuvre, soups, boiled fish, white meat and it is excellent with all fish. Ideal companion:
