Produced with the grapes from Lessini Hills, in particularly some grapes from Duello and Brenton block in Roncà. It's made following the rules of local tradition.

Durella 100% Variety:

36 hours of skin contact, and then fermented at 15°C in 4000 liters oak cask with 100% malolactic fermentation
Vinification:

16 months in the same cask in which the wine fermented; 100% lees stirring (every 3 weeks). Maturation:

Yellow gold color. Complex, rich acacia aromas with well seasoned vanilla oak and some cream complexity. Creamy, underlying oak balanced by some citrus fruit and mineral acidity. Drink now or cellar to 2010.
