Stainless steel tanks at 26°C per 15 days with a daily pump-over and delestage during it and even 7 days post-maceration. Vinification:
10 months in oak; separate malolactic fermentation in 4000 liters oak casks and then aged 9 months in the same casks. Aged for 6 months before realize. Maturation:
Youthful intense deep ruby color, complex aromas of red berries, vanilla, liquorices and tobacco notes. Rich, ripe concentrated fruit with medium-full body and smooth tannins sensation with a very well integrated acidic length. Winemaker's notes:
