Vinification:
spend 8 months on yeast lees after secondary fermentation. Maturation:
Straw yellow color. Citrus, honey aromas with floral nuances. The palate is medium, with richness of yeast taste and some light exotic fruit. Good balance with mineral acidity and the body.
