Wine, whose is not produced every year due the climate reason, because the grapes must be in outstanding quality when they are put to dry in a wooden cases. During this period until the last week of January some phenomenon can occur like botrytis attach or normally a lost of 70% or more in weight then the initial weight of the whole bunches.

Vinification:

24 months in 4000 liters oak cask and then 2 months in stainless steel tank Maturation:

Strong gold yellow color. Complex aromas of overripe apricot, acacia, botrytis, hail, nuts and yeast. The front of palate is very intense, sweet and finish is fresh and persistent with a very balanced mineral acidity with well integrated oaky nuances and toasty hints.
