Vinification:
spend 8 months on yeast lees after secondary fermentation. Maturation:
Straw yellow color. Citrus aromas with floral and white fruity nuances. The palate is medium soft, with richness of yeast taste and some light with fruit. Good balance between mineral acidity and the body with smooth pleasant aftertaste. Drink now.
