The soul of Soave Classico Doc Pigno is volcanic, like the hilly terroir in which it grows.
“Wines are like statues carved by the enologist working on the raw material which is their essence. The material that enlivens the Soave Classico Doc Pigno is volcanic, like the hilly terroir where the homonymous vineyard has grown since 1990. So this wine is made without doubt a noticeable mineral quality, with final sensations of almond. Salinity and saltiness contribute towards moulding a bold Cru. Volcanic”.
